JR Miller, founder and CEO of Rapid Commercial Roofing, was raised Amish, where work ethic, accountability, and craftsmanship are deeply ingrained values. That background continues to shape how he leads the company—through consistency, honesty, and personal responsibility for the work delivered.
JR has completed factory training and earned Advanced Roofing Systems installer certification, giving him firsthand technical expertise in the systems his company installs. Under his leadership, Rapid Commercial Roofing has earned multi-year Conklin Preferred Contractor recognition, a distinction awarded for quality workmanship, reliability, and leadership within the commercial roofing industry. JR believes the job isn’t finished when the crew leaves the site—it’s finished when the roof performs and the relationship lasts.
